Rebecca started writing poetry as a child and has discovered a love and developed a skill for sharing it with the world. Her written poetry is found in her first book Unraveling: Coming Out and Back Together and shared on social media and Wednesdays at the Well on Substack.
Her spoken poetry is shared through the Extra-Ordinary Poetry Show, New Laces in Old Shoes: Unraveling the Knots of Church & Scripture, which has been offered in spaces from Florida to Michigan.
Rebecca is continually writing new poems with themes that include Queer Identity, Coming Out, Church, Religion, Deconstructing and Re-Imagining Faith, Spirituality, Social Justice, Mental Health, Depression, Hope, and Healing.
